Common name : Lesser stitchwort

Latin name : Stellaria graminea

A member of the Campion family (Caryophyllaceae)

A pretty little white flower that can be spotted on Seaford head and areas of meadow on Seaford head golf course. Flowers are nly 5-18mm across and the four  petals are divided more than half way so that it looks like there are eight.
