Seaford Natural History Society (SNHS)and On the Verge invite you to a bioblitz at the Pump Field
We will spend two to three hours in the Cliff Gardens, near Splash Point Seaford. This area, owned and managed by Seaford Town Council, is being allowed to re-nature and monitoring the success of this process is important.
Our purpose will be to see how many different species of animals and plants we can find. There will be some people to help with identification but it would be really useful to have at least one identification App on your phone.
All your data will be recorded and may be useful in identifying if the management of this area is promoting biodiversity. The terrain is flat and fairly even and we will not be walking very far. It is not a long walk from public transport and there is plenty of parking on the seafront.
